Montclair Immaculate Celebrates 4th of July

With our new drum line leading the way Montclair Immaculate students and faculty marched the parade route to celebrate the holiday with our town. The drum line, directed by Mr. Steven Pierinelli and lead by students Prince Owufu, Jonathan Glover-Campbell, Jalen McGriff, and Sherwin Bentick, provided a wonderful beat for everyone to march to and was a terrific source for entertainment. Our Lady Lion Cheerleaders were also on hand, lead by coach Ms. Alexis Smith '07 and Ashanti Jackson-Smith '18 cheer captain, worked in sync with the drum line to showcase our school spirit.

Montclair Immaculate Hosts 87th Commencement

The 23 members of the class of 2017 graduated on Sunday June 4 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception High School. The Class of 2017 earned 3.4 million dollars in scholarships and grants, which means on average our graduates earned $148,000 each! The Class of 2017 maintained Immaculate's Academic Excellence with a 100% graduation rate and a 100% college acceptance rate. Click Here to Read More.

Montclair Immaculate Sophomore Isas Waxter II Continues the Immaculate Tradition of Excellence in Track

Sophomore Isas Waxter took 1st Place in both the Conference Championship and State Sectionals in the Triple Jump. Isas, in addition to his Spring and Winter Track participation, is also a member of the Lions Football team. Congratulations Isas and Coaches Patrick Dyer '68, Leonard Hughes '12 and Guyvens Charles '04 on continuing the tradition of excellence the Lions have developed in Track.

Montclair Immaculate Athletes - Past and Present - Honored at the Essex County Scholar Athlete Awards Dinner

Congratulations to the Lions who were honored at the March 8 Awards Night. Senior Nahshon Bushrod-Lowe (No. 4) who was honored as a football scholar athlete. John Finnegan '73 and former Lions Head Football Coach who received the The Contribution to Amateur Football Award. Louis Racioppe '74, Head Football Coach for Verona high school, was given a shout out when his former player and later Fighting Irish star and Miami Dolphins Tight End Anthony Fasano received the Distinguished American Award.
