What our graduates have to say:

Sherley Legerme ’02:
It is essential that you make the right choice of a high school. IC was undoubtedly the place for me. The term college-prep is no joke at IC. When I entered Temple University three years ago, I found myself rather advanced within the curriculum, especially in the area of writing. Writing and critical thinking are two elements that colleges are focusing on more and more and IC makes sure its students are proficient in these areas.

Cara Mia Chan ’97:
Immaculate Conception High School prepared me well for my future. I received an amazing education at IC which afforded me the opportunity to go to the University of Rochester with a Bausch and Lomb Scholarship. I graduated from there in 2001 with a degree in biology and I am currently working on my Masters degree in Nursing at the University. I truly believe I would not be where I am today if I did not have the opportunities to participate in so many extra-curricular activities in addition to being with such a wonderful faculty who cared about my life and future.

John Lauterhahn ’96:
Attending IC is a tradition in my family and I happily followed my older brothers to Cottage Place. At IC learned I was more than just another ‘Lauterhahn’. Everyone at IC is seen as a unique individual with his or her own talents and potential. At IC all the staff make time for each and every one who comes through the school doors. During my senior year at IC I was unsure what I wanted to do after graduation and the principal herself took the time to sit with me and discuss my options. I went on to Massachusetts College and I am presently at the Fraud Prevention Manager at Tremont Credit Union in Boston. Had it not been for Sister Maureen and the teachers at IC, I would not be in the position I am toady. Take advantage of the care that is offered to you at IC.
